One of the most downloaded pdfs is Charles Hayward's How To Make Woodwork Tools, an excellent booklet of measured drawings of typically British hand tools. Hayward edited and wrote for The Woodworker as well as books for Evans Bros, England. A little known fact is that Hayward was brought in after the original editor and author, William Fairham, passed away. Fairham, who I prefer, wrote during the 1920s. His work was based on 19th century techniques and his experience as a manual arts educator. Hayward edited and published many of Fairham's works under the same titles but without giving Fairham credit.
That said, How To Make Woodwork Tools is a great compilation of material from The Woodworker and a must have. Copies turn up every now and then on the old book market. i obtained a copy, digitized it and have had it online for over a decade. Enjoy
