Deck Rails - how to fix?

I replaced most of my deck handles and balusters (while leaving joists and 4x4 posts). I’ve got a few things I’d really like to fix/improve because I’m a bit of a perfectionist and it’s driving me nuts. This was my first time doing this without help so I welcome any advice you may have to share on how to improve.
