Does anyone here have experience carving dried mimosa (Albizia julibrissin) wood? What were your thoughts?
Post Body
My neighbor is cutting three of his bigass mimosas down and offered to let me have at them with a chainsaw since he knows I do woodcarving stuff. However, I've never worked with mimosa that wasn't green, so I don't have experience with any of its wood that has been "seasoned".
Would you recommend it or is a pain in the ass?
