limit orders to buy / sell time/memo/wmemo

is there a place where I cen set limit orders ?
please and thank you
(I live in canada and I always etransfer CAD to exchange (free) - buy avax ( with limit orders set below current price on multiple levels) - send avax to metamask ( ~5$ fee) - swap avax for time on trader joe. I d like to know if I can do it better/cheaper maybe? )
