Very frustrating today attending the Colombia v England match. Australia v France was in 2nd ET and while we were watching on limited screens outside the stadium, an announcement came over the speakers to get into the stadium where we could watch the Aus v France penalties on the screens inside.

Rush to our seats to find...nope, several screens inside the stadium and they showed ads and warm-ups.

We tried streaming on phones but even that was so delayed that we could just rely on the screams or silence from outside the stadium to understand what happened with each kick.

Don't understand why they said they'd show it on the screens inside if they wouldn't/couldn't.
