All cleared for hysterectomy so what's wrong?

So, I have a hysterectomy coming up that I might unfortunately have to reschedule due to finances. I've been wanting a hysterectomy since I was 16 (now 25) due to incredibly painful cycle.

We went and got my ultra sound, pap, etc done, especially to check up after I told my gyno how bad my symptoms were during my cycle. My pap and pelvic exam came back normal and fine just that my uterus is a bit tilted apparently. Then at my ultra sound they couldn't get clear photos of things for several attempts and eventually decided to do a probe as well which also came back fine and normal with no signs of Endo.

If all these things came back fine then why are my cycles so unbearable? I'll literally be throwing up and blacking out from the pain, with an incredibly heavy flow, and essentially bed ridden for the first 3 or so days. But all tests they ran are fine so what could possibly be wrong? I'm worried if I can't afford my hysterectomy, I'll be stuck just suffering till I get the opportunity again.

TLDR; got a pap, pelvic exam, ultrasound, and proving done with no signs of Endo or any complications but I still suffer excruciating cycles, why would that be?
