Curious how many women have had issues with their hair at what feels like a young age. I moved 5 years ago and noticed grays starting (only 23 yo) likely to stress because I started grad school. But my hair also has just really thinned out and have gone through periods where Iโve considered going back on biotin and topical rogaine and seeing if it helps my confidence. Recently noticed in a pony some grays and also more bald spots. Any women struggle with this? Embrace the aging or invest money in fixing it up?! Any tips for what helps? Also heard from a friends mom who worked in the hair industry that sugarbear supplements work and seems endorsed by celebrities but read weird side effects. I usually donโt try supplements and only do what doctors recommend.
