2016-2018 was on it. Never late to it. Was perfect. Came off and had a few yrs break and started it again 3mths ago. Just got the 2nd one last week.

Pretty much since the second shot Ive had low abdomen cramps. Where period cramps are. No blood. It is effecting my day to day things and It is getting worse.

Ive not had my period since jan as was skipping the sugar pill for ages. Gyno approved this btw

Im unsure if I should push through abit more and see if it goes away or go to a doctor.

Doctors are expensive asf here.

So has anyone had any issues specially lower abdomen pains after the depo Shot? The first time in it I had no issues. The first Shot of this time was fine to.

Any stories or similar experiences? Advice on pain relief to?
