what causes a plus sign mark and line beneath it under your belly button

i (24f) have had it for as long as i can remember. it literally looks like a cross on a lightly dipped-down horizontal line. for reference, i’m 5’1 and 98lbs. it doesn’t align with any of my fat if i curl up into a ball, and isn’t as dark as a linea nigra and very thin.
