Used wisp to get a script to delay my period for an upcoming vacation. I previously had a tubal ligation and my period is quite regular. I understand that after I stop the Norethindrone, my period will start in 2-4 days.
I'm curious about subsequent periods and I can't find an answer online. If you've used this drug or understand more than me, do periods resume their usual schedule or does a new cycle start based on the date of the onset of your period after using the Norethindrone?
Yup, that's just why I'm asking what people have experienced. I definitely understand it will be totally different for people, but I just couldn't find this specific answer. 😹🙃
What I mean is that I track my period. It's very reliable and I can track it out for months. Will those periods after the Norethindrone still come as scheduled or will they now be based on the period following the med?
Thanks so much!
Thanks! Very helpful to know. Did they start on their usual schedule or were they further out and on a new schedule?

That makes sense to me too.
Last October, I started birth control to delay a period in November and it worked-ish. My period immediately after I stopped was 10 days after I would have normally had a period. For the next couple cycles my period just came earlier until I got back on my usual cycle. My last period was right on target from before I did that. I have a 24-day cycle.
Based on that experience, I'm sort of wondering if the same thing will happen? We'll see I guess!
