What is the difference between normal fatigue and exercise fatigue?
Post Body

I honestly cannot tell anymore.

For context:

I have been exercising consistently for 3 weeks now, only 2 days a week, 1 day is an hour of circuit training the other day is 35 min of spin / cardio.

I work a regular work week, 9 to 5, Monday to Friday

Within the last 2 years I moved to a new city, started a new job and had a long-term relationship end.

I started therapy with a psychologist and I have cptsd / overactive nervous system.

I need a lot of time to recouperate from life in general

I feel like my work- life balance is decent and not overdoing it?

Like I said, I cannot tell anymore what do you think

And should I just push ahead as is?
