How do you guys get realistic people?

I am struggling to get the app to create people who don’t look crazy. Often times, I can’t even get someone to even look human. I’ve found the best filter is dreamland V3, but I’m hoping someone here knows an even better one that just works the way it should. (Hoping for it to be free, of course)
