For the lols I’ve been messing around and experimenting and I’m currently using Soundwave11/2 with Cunningham and Teslau as inspirations soundwave is fully set up for mobility and I’m using piercer in the first slot(doesn’t really matter but that’s how it is). The ship currently has a rudder shift of 8.4sec. With this build I’ve been able to dodge torpedos and swing my stern around to get my aft turrets on target and quickly swing back to bow. Is this viable long term and does soundwave make for an attractive option to use with the exhaust smoke at tier 6 and 7?
