I feel like this skill(which is awful) should be changed to act more like stand or fall but instead of reload speed make it increased damage reduction depending on hp percent or something like that. It would make the skill match the name better and might actually make it a skill worth choosing over flammable cannoneer or brawler leading to more build diversity.
