After putting more time into the game I've realized I was wrong.

I had some hot takes about the game and like the title says, I was wrong.

The main things I've learned over the past month and half - premium doesn't mean better - HE shells are incredibly based - Random teammates 9/10 times, are expendable bullet sponges - cruisers seem to be the most viable and forgiving ships - destroyer players snort a line of Gfuel before playing - always approach from an angle

I do still have some complaints. - People sitting in the back the entire game - some destroyers are able to throw out torps like Uncle Sam with draft notices in WW2. - fairly unfriendly player base(personal experience) - less than stellar rewards from AI battles

Still got a lot to learn, but I'm slowly making progress. Ive put in about 60 hours over last month and a half and I feel like I've gotten a decent grasp, but I know there's little sweat lords in here with thousands of hours so I'm open to any advice or tips. I primarily play cruisers, but recently destroyers have been hitting the spot.

I agree with everything you said. Once in awhile you get a good game
