Here is the story, probably read many times on this sub.

I purchased the Club Membership for 40 Euro as I travel often and wanted to get 10 Euro discount on the flights. First time used last week: when I logged in to use the Club discount (and I stress, only after login) I got a 10 Euro extra charge called "system surcharge". The official explanation is that this is a charge applied when the system believes you are a bot. Well, I am not a bot, I am booking directly from their website, I am not using a VPN, I am based in Germany.

I asked for a refund through their "Complaints" page and I just received a negative answer.
So basically I paid 40 Euros, I purchase the ticket and get a 10 Euro discount, I get a 10 Euro surcharge.

Out of curiosity, I just booked a flight without logging in. Same laptop, same internet provider, no login no system surcharge.

Isn't that a scam from Wizzair?
