Specifically since the Fan Fest event I have noticed a constant increase in yellow, orange and red threat foundables. I'm in Chicago and move throughout the city regularly for work, always playing. Before the event, even in such a great city for a game like this where there are more resources than I can even use and nonstop spawns, I would at best see 1 or 2 orange or higher threat foundables in a day.

Since the fest, I have been finding them with some regularity, I would say 25-50% of the spawn rate of them at the fan fest. It isn't unusual to find a couple orange within a couple minutes of travel or even on the same screen.

I thought at first it may have something to do with day of the dragon event since it was related to fan fest, but it has remained constant. Perhaps it is just my dumb luck, or confirmation bias, but this kind of increase was desperately needed. Looking to see if anyone else agrees.
