They have small, forgettable effects on long cooldowns. With dash being so important for evasion it's also hard to save the activations for when you actually want to use them. As a whole it isn't a huge issue since Chaotic Rift exists (teleportation, wall skipping, no CD) and I'd imagine most people don't go back once getting it. But it is a weird situation that in almost every build I see, the dash arcana is always the same (outside of Neve builds).

Edit: That was a lot of good feedback in a short amount of time. Although I'm probably going to keep using Chaotic Rift myself, I can't deny that other dashes have their appeals and uses. Circuit line got me through a lot.
