ive been having some trouble getting any critical jewels, like at all. the highest i can buy are from celestia and they give a 2 rating, which is not at all worth it. my critical rating is going up constantly as i change out wands, decks, boots and pets to get what i need, but i still fall short as i have very low stat critical jewels ( 4). is there any fast/guarenteed way to get higher ranked jewels? so far ive done crafting (which never shows up as critical jewels, only accuracy) or ive farmed mother ghulture, but her drop rate must be low cause i never even got a jewel from her.

Edit: ive seen a lot of people having at least one, if not multiple, but when i ask, most of them dont know & gotten it without noticing (which does happen to me with jewels, i got the pip chance ones somewhere in polaris but idk where). just wondering that besides whats on central, is there any places you guys have gotten the jewels before or have any methods on farming them?
