When you ask for support, what do you ask for? (and other self actualizing spells)

Post Body

Sup witches, I'm going through a lot of isolation right now, I think related to shame and internalized homophobia. Everyone in my life is extremely supportive, and always has been. I know how lucky and rare that is, and it feels like I'm squandering that gift by shutting myself off from the world.

So I guess first and foremost, I'd love to hear about any spells or frameworks or rituals you have around shame, isolation or identity. I'm partial to divination/interpretation, kitchen and garden witchery, and chaos magic but open to anything

And I also included this guiding question cause I've told loved ones I'm having a rough time, and they ask how they can help and I just have no idea what to tell them. So witches, whether it's from a loved one or from your divinities, what do you ask for in particular, when you need support?

Love this community, y'all have been an important motivator in my practice, so much gratitude all around
