A few months ago I became friends with one of my boyfriend’s colleagues. After talking a few times she confided in me about her struggles and mental health and decided we should hang out more.

The speed at which she got close to me didn’t weird me out that much. People like her tend to feel safe around me and I’m used to people oversharing. I do it too sometimes.

Things did get weird pretty soon. I would hang out with her either alone or with my boyfriend and we would have a seemingly fun time. Then she would text one of us out of the blue saying that we had disappointed her in some way and that she needed some time away from us.

This got to a point where we were both kind of tired of trying to please her. The absolute final straw (and what made me want her out of our lives) was a situation she caused that sent me into one of the worst panic attacks of my life and caused a big fight between me and my boyfriend.

I won’t go into the details of what happened but if someone tries or happens to come between me and my partner it’s over.

On the New Moon of this month I did a banishing spell using a poppet with the intention to get her to leave us alone and get her fired from her job.

*Context: The owner of the shop where she and my boyfriend work has mentioned letting her go because he feels she causes too many issues in the team. Her side of the story (which I heard from her when we were still friends) is that she feels like everyone misunderstands her and hates her.

Anyway back to the spell. I couldn’t give it my all because my boyfriend and I share a room and I don’t have an altar. It has now been a week and from what I’ve seen she has DM’ed my boyfriend once (replying to his story) and she still works at the shop.

My question: Should I cast another spell or should I wait it out longer? (The need for her to disappear is very strong)
