From what I've gathered (PLS correct me if I'm wrong) glamour magick is about seeing yourself as beautiful, having confidence, and loving your physical appearance, and seeing your body as divine. This is what I've gathered but I'm not sure if this is accurate? Is glamour magick good for gaining confidence in your physical self? Does it affect your nervous system? What are some spells I should look into to practice glamour magick? I'm really interested and something in my gut is telling me to at least learn about this and explore it. Thank you for your help!!
