Hey all,
I have an Unraid server running a WireGuard docker instance, I have a peer setup for remote access to lan which works fantastic, I can access my LAN devices as well as network shares. However when I configure a peer for remote tunnelled access I can access my LAN devices and shares just fine however I don’t have any sort of internet connection. Typically if I attempt to access Instagram without a VPN it comes up with the firewall website blocker page and with the tunnelled access enabled I get a connection error. The way I understand it is that access to lan gives you access to lan but uses the network you’re on internet connection and tunnelled uses the remote servers internet connection like a standard commercial VPN. Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong, I’m completely new to this and I haven’t really touched any of the configuration. I attempted to use port 53 due to reading that UDP may or may not be blocked. Then scanned the open UDP ports on my school network and attempted to use a few, one of them being 69 😏.
Anything will help greatly as I am new to WireGuard!
Yes UpNp is enabled and so is bridging in Unraid config.
Thanks in advance!
