Wireguard works on wifi but not on cell data (Android)

I'm using Mullvad's wireguard protocol on both my PC and android phone. On PC it's all fine and dandy, but on phone not so much. When I'm on my home network wireguard works, but shortly after I change to cell data when I need to go outside, the connection just cuts out and no handshakes are being reached.
