Property Tax Question 407-599-3362?

My mom's property tax bill had a weird line item under "Non-Ad Valorem Assessment" listed as: 5110 Winter Park STM and the above phone number.
The weird part, when I try calling this - it doesn't go to a govt. 'department' or 'division' but rather feels like a scam phone number. I don't know if anyone else has such a line item ( at the very end ) and knows what this is all about.
I'm going to try to call on Monday to ask, hoping a fellow Redditor knows what this is all about.
