First-time income tax filing

Hi there,
Not sure if it's too early worried about my tax filing. I've never filed tax before. I'm a newcomer who started working here last October. Also, I worked in the States last year; that said, I'll have to file tax for 2 countries. So how the tax filing software works such as TurboTax? Or it's better to consult with an accountant?
