With all of this extra time on my hands, I might finally start cooking some basic things. I am a huge fan of chicken wings, and wonder what I should focus on first.
I assume there are two main decisions to make; how to cook (deep fry, pan fry, air fry, grill, bake, broil, slow cooker, or other) and which seasonings/sauces to make/use.
I usually prefer crispy wings but I feel I should learn the main different ways to cook them.
Also, I should probably start with 5-10 classic/popular recipes that are easy and then build up from there.
BTW, i enjoy spicy wings, but they do not have to be. I also enjoy dry rub, as well as sauce based wings.
I can tell already that there are many amazing recipes on this page. I am eager to try them out. However, I know I should start very basic at first and work my way up.
Any suggestions for my first few attempts? It seems the following is likely the most popular ten in no specific order: Buffalo, BBQ (regular, smokey, or honey BBQ), Teriyaki, Honey Mustard, Garlic Parmesan, Spicy Garlic, Mango Habanero, Cajun, Lemon Pepper, Salt and Pepper.
I am assuming most people eventually decide on one or two main cooking methods for their wings and skip the others.
