Hi. Account got compromised. Need to recover it!

Hi. My accounts been phished. I can’t login and password recovery not sending an email. I got an email changed email a couple of days ago, so I immediately changed it back and changed the password. But two days later, I can’t even get a recovery mail! Please help! It was a lifetime sub to boot 😞
