No access to premium locations/double charged

Upgraded my custom monthly subscription to an annual Pro service. At the end of the monthly cycle the monthly subscription was renewed with a charge being made to my PayPal and my Pro service no longer accessible.
No response to support ticket two days later and currently do not have access to features I've paid for.
