Features on Demand and GPO

Does anyone know if it's possible to use Group Policy to deploy certain features on demand to certain computers/users? All I seem to be hitting on google is something about windows update being needed to install it.
If I cannot do this does anyone know what the recommended way of installing features on demand is? I can't justify manually installing RSAT tools on like a hundred PCs...
