Print Server Question

Hey guys, I need a little help with an issue. I recently had to reconnect a handheld printer to a 2k3 server. It seems to be working for most people now, except for one user. I'm not sure why. I've already:
- made sure that every computer in the office can at least ping the printer and the print server
- made sure that it is under the right name space, port, ip address, etc.
- disabled/enabled snmp
At this point I am out of ideas.
