Problem lauching games

after update now if i open a game while in WMR screen with a windows screen tab open the game starts in the windows tab screen and you have to open the steam home for it to work or close the windows tab screen this was not a problem before ! any one else having this problem as like to have a windows tab screen open as shows what steam and other apps are upto during use..
