Laptop keeps dimming screen right before turning off display or going to sleep

Post Body

Hello. First time here.

I have an HP 17t notebook laptop running Windows 10 Build 19044. Things were going fine but I ran into a problem and got the startup loop error so I took it to my usual repair place and ended up reinstalling Windows and all that (all my documents and such were safe, though. Perks of having both an HDD and SSD.) After I got it back is when I started noticing this dimming thing. My laptop will dim/darken the screen for a couple seconds before turning off the screen and going idle or going to sleep. I tried looking up this issue but nothing really worked. I don't have any "adaptive screen" setting and I couldn't find any other settings in the display, graphics, or battery settings. I tried changing my battery power plan to a custom one but that didn't help. Battery saver mode, as well as the "dim screen in saver mode" option are both disabled. I have updated both my OS and my GPU drivers. I don't know what else to do. It's not a huge deal but it is mildly annoying as this had never happened before. What can I do to fix this? Am I screwed? Thanks in advance! My GPU is Radeon 530, and I also have Intel UHD, if that helps. Any other info I can provide, just let me know!
