Certain apps not working when opened in fullscreen, particularly games.

I have several apps that used to work in fullscreen, but recently have started to launch, and can be kept open in the background, but will never stay on screen. It behaves as if the alt tab command is being triggered as soon as I open the app. But this only happens to certain apps, and only if they are ran in fullscreen, whether or not they're launched in fullscreen does not matter.

I use Windows 10, version 21H2, and my current OS Build is 19044.1889.

I don't know if it's a driver problem, or maybe something updated and that's screwed everything else, but I'm at a loss.

Any ideas?
