Windows 10 long-press doesn't show windows + shortcuts

I have Windows 10, with build 10.0.19044. My long-press on my windows key isn't showing the keyboard shortcuts like it should. I've read several articles, but they're all related to the key not working itself. The windows key works just fine, I just cannot for the life of me get it to show the shortcut screen when I do a long press.
I have a Blackwidow Elite keyboard, and gaming mode is turned off.
