Locked myself out of admin acc. Need recovery.

Hi.
Enabled the superuser admin acc via cmd. Forgot to set password. Now ive restarted my pc and cant login. Need to login, but it wont take my password. Singleuser admin Account pc. I suspect that my try to activate superuser admin without any password have got me in this trouble. Win 10.
Can i somehow make a disc for passwordrecovery thru my phone? Dont have access to any other pc. Got a Android 14 phone. I suspect i need to get it rooted for this tho.
