Hey guys so my laptop is currently stuck under bsod (has now been fixed by replacing ram stick temporarily) but after doing that, it’s stuck at “automatic repair” and keeps booting to repair over and over again. I tried going into safe mode and it still goes back into automatic repair. So my question is, if I grab windows 11 and boot it into a usb stick, would I be able to retrieve the files on my looping laptop? I also want to mention that I’ve tried using a SSD Adapter to pull the files off of the SSD by plugging it into my desktop, but that didn’t work.

Edit: attempting to reset PC option that lets me keep said personal files leaves me with “there was a problem resetting your PC” prompt.
