Movies & TV not syncing/updating folders

Hi, I have an issue where Movies and TV doesn't show the videos in the folders. I talked to support and I was able to add some of them, but when I try to add the rest it says the folders are empty. Also, when I download a video to the folder, the app doesn't automatically sync to show the new video. I recently upgraded my storage, so I'm not sure if that would cause an issue

Lenovo Legion Pro 7i

Windows 11 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900HX 2.20 GHz

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, doing a system restore, using the repair and reset buttons, and rebooting my laptop
