I reimage HP laptops multiple times a week for distribution to different customers/companies for which I am the support tech.
I use the latest Windows 11 Pro ISO file per language to install windows on these devices to avoid bloatware from the manufacturer: HP
My process now consists of:
-choose the ISO with the correct language( NL, FR, or ENG)
-Deleting existing partitions when prompted
-Waiting for Windows to install
-Answer questions posed on pages
-Location, Language, etc.
-creating a local admin which we have standard for each company
-Wait for default Windows desktop to display
then i do the following:
i change the energy settings
install HPIA
install teamviewer
install sentinelOne
install barracuda network client (vpn)
install office365 in either NL, FR, or ENG
update windows (restart later)
install a couple of apps with chocolatey such as:
-7ZIP
-Adobe acrobat reader (PDF)
-EID viewer
-VLC Media player
-Image resizer
All of these steps can take up to 2 hours to complete.
I know about the Windows "answer files" that can be utilized to get past the opening pages during installation of the OS.
However, I'm looking for a way to complete ALL THE STEPS mentioned above. I'd like to have a configuration on a USB drive wherein I could boot up the laptop and walk away with ALL THE STEPS mentioned above completed. is any of this possible?
