Windows Bluetooth keeps turning on and off

Any idea why my windows Bluetooth keeps turning itself on and off? When I look at it in the device manager, it keeps appearing and disappearing. The only time it actually stays Frozen is if I disable the device. Otherwise, it keeps on appearing and disappearing from the manager.

I have tried to see if the issue resolves itself. After it restarts, restarting the device after updating the drivers, restarting the device after removing the device then reinstalling it with updated drivers, and running all the shooters. I have no idea what to do. Any advice?
