How do I remove my computer from insiders

Im looking to remove my computer from the insiders previews, but I don’t want to do a fresh install if possible.
I’m on the insiders beta channel. 22631.2338. In my system >about, it says windows 11 home version 23H2. If I go to windows update >windows insider program, there is a toggle to unenroll this device when the next version of windows release. Should I toggle this on?
