Loading Screen Pops Up When I Click on Windows Button and Search Bar and Won't Go Away

Post Body

Hello,

I am having a problem where I click on the Windows tab and the search bar and get a large loading screen where I am unable to do anything but alt tab out since I would be unable to do anything otherwise. Waiting did not work for me either. Every part of my computer is functional except the Windows Button and the Search Bar. Help would be greatly appreciated to solve this problem.

What the loading looks like whenever I click on the search bar. It is the same for the Windows button, but I am ultimately able to see the Windows pop-up under the large loading screen albeit very fuzzy and left unable to interact with the menu.
