Hello. Some games don't launch at all if Fullscreen is enabled and the rest look black when I launch them. But if I stream my view on Discord, other people can see the game fine while I see black.

I tried DISM and SFC, updating drivers but don't have any idea what else I could do to diagnose this.

I've been having this problem for the past month or two. Games work just fine in windowed or borderless windowed mode.

RTX 3080 TI running latest drivers, i7-8700k, 16GB of ram. Windows 11 21H2. Monitor is Aorus AD27QD
