I don't want to uninstall some password-protected distraction blockers I've put in place in my weak moments. One workaround I know of is booting into safe mode and uninstalling.
Chat-GPT said I can prevent alternative booting by changing settings in the BIOS and password protecting it.
Also, I can disable WinRE and perhaps set a scheduled task to always keep it disabled so that safe mode won't work.
Will this 2-pronged approach work?
I'm trying to learn how to code so I might often need administrator rights on the computer, so I'm looking for a solution that will work despite being an admin. I do have an accountability partner available to set and hold the passwords. Any suggestions?
