Good afternoon,

My headset's mic isn't working, I can hear sound perfectly but it doesn't capture anything be it my voice or other sounds. I've tried using another headset and the problem persists, I've tried windows troubleshooting unsuccessfully as it said it the "audio services aren't responding", and other methods such as reinstalling drivers, restarting relevant services such as Windows Audio or some suggested command lines online but without success. If anyone could help I'd appreciate it given I need the mic working.
