bad patch breaks printing

Post Body

The forced patch KB 4516061 breaks printing in Word 2019 Standard. Paint Chrome & Firefox are also affected. I can't block the patch in WSUS (it is not listed) and somehow the patch is making an end run around my WSUS server and being applied to all clients. All are now unable to print as the programs crash as soon as the print dialog is displayed. Uninstalling the bad patch resolves the printing issues but Microsoft forces the patch back onto all the affected systems within 24 hours. All these machines are new Dell Vostro desktops with only Office 2019 Standard and Chrome/Firefox added on Windows 10 Enterprise. No other software. Support has told me there is no solution but the issue will be fixed someday. Does anyone have a more helpful answer or solution? (no, I am not installing a bunch of Macs)
