Windows 10 disk usage 100%

Researched this for a while nothing I found really worked was wondering if any one else had solutions. When ever I turn my pc on the disk usage gets pinned at 100% for about 20 mins or so. Nothing us running or open. Cant figure out how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
