Changing volume freeze computer and not showing OSD

Edit: I thought I would attempt something. I uninstalled 3RVX since I installed it just for the OSD. I ran the troubleshoot again and now the OSD works and no more freezing.. No idea why but I'm guessing maybe the update didn't download all files. But all is fine now.

Solved.

I updated to 1903 today and can't seem to figure it out how to fix this.

The problem was the update screwed up my audio settings. (I have an internal sound blaster card). So I had to un/install the driver. The next problem was the keyboard's mute and volume up/down buttons work but the Windows 10 On screen display doesn't show. While it does lower the volume, it seems to freeze the computer briefly until it's changed the volume all the way. Which can be 15-20 seconds. I downloaded 3RVX for an OSD but still the freezing continues.

I've ran the troubleshooter and no problems were found.

I've ran sfc /scannow and no problems were found.

I've tried un/reinstalling other drivers to some of the devices I have as well as unplugging the usb/switching them around and nothing worked.

Any help or what I could try next would be appreciated.

Thanks for taking the time to help.
