Cant connect Master Mx Master 2s to Bluetooth after disconnecting it

So I just received my new dell xps 9370 yesterday along with the mouse , up until a hour ago the mouse was very choppy and lagging big time . So what I did was I unpaired the device from the Bluetooth setting hoping that would make a difference, but now it wont find the signal or show up at all . I ended up using the receiver that came with the mouse and now the thing works LIKE BUTTER ! its so smooth , ideally I would like to use the Bluetooth connection tho, so once I get the Bluetooth running again how do I make it as smooth as the receiver?
