Windows 10 clean installing failing due to not being able to update registry data in the installation

Hey guys I've been trying to install Windows 10 on a device. I've used 3 different ISOs latest being the tool from Microsoft. After a while the installation always fails and the error I've got is "windows could not update the registry data in the installation" Have you seen this before is there a fix I could use?
I've disk parted the disk a few times, converted to mbr and still can't seem to fix it.
